Yes I am Getting my Daily exercise in y stilettos.
So every day at work I make it a point to take the stairs instead of the elevator. So I clime 8 flights of stairs in my stilettos every day. The main reason I do this is to keep active and to do some form of exercise when I am not at the gym. I mean I'm sitting down at my desk in front of my computer for eight hours or longer a day. I probably take the stairs 4 to 6 times a day. Doing this makes me feel less lazy more active and like a did a little something if I decide not to go to the gym and if I do go even I feel even better. I’m strengthening my ankles thighs and butt. Now I just need to work on the gut.
