In the fall and the winter we tend to be less active. I mean seriously who wants to go out in the cold. That’s why at these times I get my gym membership up. I need to keep balanced; I think we all eat a little more during this time of year especially around the holidays. So I am going to start to get active. It’s always good to keep a bag with sneakers and gym attire on you or in your car that way you have no excuse not to go. I just need to plan what week I am going to start and then keep with it until spring and then even through spring. I might start this week or wait until October but I need to get motivated soon. Why pay for a gym membership if you’re not going to use it. That makes no sense at all.
