Happy hump day
Breakfast and lunch. Trying to stay on my healthy path one healthy meal at a time. Breakfast was a Egg white omelet with spinach cheese onions and tomatoes. Lunch was turkey avocado spinach tomato on a Flatoutbread bread wrap (90 calories). Trying everyday to make healthy choices and to prepare my meals a head of time so I don't go buy processed unhealthy good it's know to go right to my stomach and make me bloat the processed goods freeze sodium ect..... Eat healthy train hard! That's it xoxoxoxo izzy 😍😘😚
