What's for dinner
Making dinner and lunch for the next few days. Spaghetti squash and turkey meatballs. is it weird that food some times makes me happy? :)
Salad?? Who would have ever thought
Who would have ever thought I would like salad this much!? This is my favorite salad to make and eat. It has spinach (sometimes I use kale or both kale and spinach) feta cheese (this one has pepper jack, gave it a hint of spice mixed with sweet) cranberries, apples and walnuts. Had some blueberries in the fridge added those too. All inside of a Flatout bread wrap that's extra too I usually eat the salad alone oh and sometimes I add some chicken to the mix as well. This salad goes great with pomegranate dressing. I have used raspberry pomegranate dressing today I have blueberry pomegranate dressing on it :)

Happy hump day
Breakfast and lunch. Trying to stay on my healthy path one healthy meal at a time. Breakfast was a Egg white omelet with spinach cheese onions and tomatoes. Lunch was turkey avocado spinach tomato on a Flatoutbread bread wrap (90 calories). Trying everyday to make healthy choices and to prepare my meals a head of time so I don't go buy processed unhealthy good it's know to go right to my stomach and make me bloat the processed goods freeze sodium ect..... Eat healthy train hard! That's it xoxoxoxo izzy 😍😘😚

Just indulge and move forward
